Founded in 2018, Ember & Harvest emerged from a simple philosophy: exceptional food begins with exceptional ingredients. Our founders spent years building relationships with local farmers, foragers, and producers to create a network of suppliers who share our commitment to quality and sustainability.
What started as a small 40-seat restaurant has grown into a beloved community gathering place. Yet our dedication to farm-to-table principles remains unwavering. Every ingredient on our menu is thoughtfully selected, often arriving at our kitchen within hours of harvest.
